Members

We retain details of your email address and any contact name or details supplied. This information is used to provide you with access to the members message board and to enable us to compile an email list of members to inform members of online meetings or other administrative issues. This list is not available to any third party or to other members other than those who need access for purposes of administering the group.


Message Board

If you post a message on the members message board other members will see information on your email address and name you use and what email address you logged on under. The message board is protected by passwords which are only given to other members of the group.

Information to Third Parties

We do not collect any other information on individuals who access the site or in relation to members except as outlined above and in no cases divulge any information about indivduals to third parties.

Alterations to the Privacy Policy

Any changes to this policy will have to be proposed to an online meeting of the Peaceplangroup which will be open to all current members of the group and voted on by those members present with a two thirds majority. Any changes ratified will be posted here.
